When you go on Medicare, you have two primary options: you can add a Medigap plan that supplements your Part A and Part B coverage, OR you can choose a Medicare Advantage plan that replaces your A and B — and may offer additional benefits for a premium as low as $0.
Many Advantage plans include prescription drug coverage while Medigap policies do not. Medigap plans have higher monthly premiums, but they may cover some or all of the coverage gaps leftover by Original Medicare. Learn more about the pros and cons of each option in your FREE plan review.
